十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠对棉短绒NaOH-H2 O2制浆的影响

【摘要】 研究了十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠(MADS)等和它组成的表面活性剂对棉短绒NaOH-H2O2制浆的影响。结果表明,MADS是棉短绒NaOH-H-O2制浆值得推广的助剂。该类表面活性剂具有优良的应用性能。当表面活性剂质量比为m[十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠(MADS)]:m[辛基磷酸酯钠盐(SOP)]:m[烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚 (TX-10)]=3:2:1时,用量为棉短绒质量的0.9%,蒸煮温度110℃,保温时间为90 min,成浆白度可提高3.7% ISO,得率提高2.8%。

【Abstract】 The influence of monoalkyldiphenyl ether disulfonate ( MADS) et al. and the multi-component surfactants composed of them on NaOH-H2O2 pulping of cotton linters was investigated. The results showed that MADS was a necessary additive to NaOH-H2O2 pulping of cotton linters. When mass ratio of MADS to SOP to TX - 10 was 3:2=1, dosage of the mixture was 0. 9% of the mass of cotton linters,treating at 110℃ for 90 min,the brightness and yield of the pulp increased by 3. 7% ISO and 2. 8% respectively.
