【摘要】 以邻苯二甲酰基为保护基,采用混合酸酐法接肽,中试规模制备了L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺(力肽)。结果表明,制备L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺的最佳条件为:N-Pht-L-丙氨酸接肽的最佳溶剂是乙酸乙酯,温度为0℃,n(N-Pht-L-丙氨酸)∶n(L-谷氨酰胺)=1∶1。以L-丙氨酸计,总摩尔收率为34.4%。目标产物质量分数达98.6%。更多还原

【Abstract】 L-Alanyl-L-glutamine(Dipeptiven) was prepared in 10 t/a pilot-plant-scale by using phthalyl method and mixed anhydride method.The result showed that the optimal solvent used to dissolve N-Pht-L-alanine was ethyl acetate,the optimal temperature was 0 ℃,and the molar ratio of N-Pht-L-alanine to L-glutamine was 1∶1.The overall molar yield was 34.4% based on L-alanine.w(L-alanyl-L-glutamine(Dipeptiven))=98.6%.更多还原
