1-环己基-2-吡咯烷酮的合成
Preparation of 1-Cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidinone
【摘要】 以磷酸作催化剂,γ-丁内酯和环己胺反应合成了1-环己基-2-吡咯烷酮,确定了最佳合成工艺条件:n(γ-丁内酯)∶n(环己胺)∶n(磷酸)=1.0∶2.0∶0.15,反应时间2 h,反应温度为170~200℃;产物经减压蒸馏分离提纯,蒸馏后的残余物作催化剂循环使用,1-环己基-2-吡咯烷酮收率90.3%,质量分数99.5%;产物用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振等进行了确证。
【Abstract】 1-Cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidinone was prepared by the reaction of γ-butyrolactone and cyclohexylamine catalyzed by phosphoric acid.The optimum process conditions were determined:n(γ-butyrolactone)∶n(cyclohexylamine)∶n(phosphoric acid)=1.0∶2.0∶0.15,reaction temprature 170~200 ℃ and reaction time 2 h.The yield was 90.3% and weight percent of 1-cyclohexyl-2-pyrrolidinone was 99.5%.The product was assignd by elementary analysis,IR and ~1HNMR.
