【摘要】 将羊毛醇与其他活性氢化合物改性剂混合并融化均匀,同顺丁烯二酸酐在 95℃反应 3h,形成顺丁烯二酸单酯,加入Na2SO3 饱和水溶液,在 80℃磺化反应 2h得到磺化琥珀酸羊毛醇酯钠盐。将其与氧化亚硫酸化鱼油、氧化亚硫酸化蓖麻油、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚复配,制得以磺化琥珀酸酯钠盐为主要组分的MLA型皮革加脂剂。多媒体显微镜显示该加脂剂乳液平均粒径在 0. 5μm以下。并对该加脂剂的制备原理和性能进行了探讨,从加脂革的组织结构、理化指标分析等验证了MLA型皮革加脂剂具有良好的加脂效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lanolin alcohol and other modifiers containing active hydrogen were mixed and melted evenly and reacted with maleic anhydride at 95 ℃ for 3 h to form maleic acid monoester,which reacted then with saturated Na₂SO₃ solution at 80 ℃ for 2 h to give sulfonated lanolin alcohol succinate sodium salt（Ⅰ）.Sulfited fish oil,sufited castor oil,polyoxyethylene octadecanoate and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether were built into Ⅰ to prepare the MLA leather fatliquor composed mainly of Ⅰ.Multimedia microscope shows that the average grain size of fatliquor emulsion is less than 0.5 μm.The structure and physical and chemical indexes of leather after fatliquoring indicate that the MLA fatliquor has good fatliquoring effect.更多还原
