【Abstract】 Because of the lack of teaching resources and the decline of student quality,how to assure the teaching quality of undergraduate students poses a challenge to educators.To cope with this challenge,the Department of Civil Engineering of our institute ventured to grant students "three assistantships" in teaching,research and management respectively,aiming to improve their comprehensive qualities,to optimize teaching resources,and to facilitate quality education.更多还原
