【Abstract】 This paper analyses the status quo of production management of mould & die enterprise, points out that mould & die enterprise production management informationization is with general trend of manufacturing nowadays. It plays a very important role in improving enterprise’s productivity of the mould, lowering costs and improving quality etc. On the basis of producing the future investigation of the particularity to the mould, this paper proposes adopting the bar code in the production tache to solve the problem that faced in mould. & die enterprise’s production management informationization更多还原
