【摘要】 文中从选材、锻造工艺、机加工工艺、热处理工艺等方面分析了影响齿轮热处理变形的因素,并从质量控制的角度,对齿轮生产过程进行了分析。以控制图为例介绍了统计方法在齿轮变形控制中的应用,利用控制图观测和分析各工序过程是否处于受控状态,从而减少最终变形量,并提高其变形规律性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reasons for heat treatment deformation of gear is analyzed from the aspects of material, forging technics,machining technics, heat treatment technics. From the angle of quality control, this paper has an overall discussion on the peculiarity of the process in gear production. The application of control chart in gear production is introduced and also it has been discussed about how to observe and analyse the control state of process in terms of control chart. Therefore, the gear deformation and its repeatability could be improved.更多还原
