考虑间隙和柔性轴的圆柱分度凸轮机构动力学特性研究
Study on Dynamic Respones of Cylindrical Indexing Cam Mechanism Considering Clearance and Flexible - axles
【摘要】 对圆柱分度凸轮机构动力学特性进行了研究,在考虑间隙存在和柔性轴的前提下建立了系统的动力学方程,并应用有限差分法进行求解。结果表明从动件的最大角加速度提高了24.3%,凸轮轴的角速度高频振荡,波动幅值为3.2%,这为高速凸轮机构设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The dynamic responses of cylindrical indexing cam mechanism are studied. Dynamic equations of this system considering clearance and flexible - axles are established and solved with finite difference method. The results show that maximum angular acceleration of cam follower increases 24.3% , and the fluctuation of angular velocity of camshaft is high frequency and amplitude reaches 3.2% . These provide foundation for designing high - speed cam mechanism.
