二维实数编码遗传算法在普通圆柱蜗杆传动优化设计中的应用
The Application of Two-dimensional Real Number Code GA in the Optimization of Common Cylindrical Worm Transmission
【摘要】 蜗杆传动的优化设计属于混合离散变量的非线性复杂优化问题。针对传统二进制编码遗传算法在求解复杂优化问题时计算效率低、过早收敛等缺陷,本文采用二维实数编码遗传算法,对普通圆柱蜗杆传动进行了优化设计,给出了主要参数的选取方法。通过与传统优化结果比较、分析,表明该方法具有收敛速度快、稳定性好等优点,可提高优化效率且实用性强。
【Abstract】 To do the optimization design of the worm transmission,it is necessary to solve the non-linearity mixed and dispersed variable. Because of low calculation efficiency and early convergence of the traditional binary scale code of genetic algorithm, genetic algorithm of the two-dimensional real number code is used to do the optimizing design to the cylindrical worm and method of choosing main parameters is presented.
