【Abstract】 An analytic method to gear transverse distribution factors by the boundary element sampling calculations and the regressive analysis based on the principle of similitude are provided. The definition formulas and new calculating formulas for transverse load distribution factors of tooth bending and contact strength are proposed and corresponding with formulas in ISO6336. The essential and sufficient conditions for actual double pair tooth mesh, as well as the formula of actual contact ratio, are also proposed.更多还原
