【摘要】 报道匍柄霉属的一新种亚小球匍柄霉Stemphyliumsubglobuliferum和四个中国新记录,小球匍柄霉、蔷薇匍柄霉、名张匍柄霉和番茄匍柄霉。新种除形态学研究外,分析了其与本属和其它相关属种的ITS和gpd(三磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶)基因序列的系统学关系,为新种的确立提供了分子证据。新种的模式标本(HSAUPIII00140)保存于山东农业大学植物病理系标本馆。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new species, Stemphylium subglobuliferum on Lactuca sativa from Guizhou Province and four new records, S. globuliferum, S. rosarium, S. nabarii and S. lycopersici, are reported. Phylogenetic trees based on ITS and gpd (glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase) gene sequences support S.subglobuliferum to be a distinct species. The type specimen of the new species is deposited in the Herbarium of Plant Pathology of Shandong Agriculture University (HSAUP).更多还原
