【摘要】 目的通过对某综合医院的住院病人疗效和病人的危重程度进行综合分析,找出影响因素,提出提高住院医疗质量和医疗技术水平的建议。方法按等级将资料分组,采用Ridit法对某综合医院的住院病人疗效和病人的危重程度进行综合分析。结果通过计算得到疗效和病例分型的-R值,R-值越大,表明该科的危重病人越多,所收病人的危重程度越高。结论提出了通过不断完善和升级软件,提高科室医疗质量管理水平,积极开展新技术项目,不断引进学科人才等途径提高医疗质量的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the inpatient medical quality and critical degree of a comprehensive hospital and find out the effect factors and put forward the suggestions of improving the inpatient medical quality.Methods Ridit method was used to analyze the inpatient curative effect and critical degree. Results Through calculating, the data of the inpatient curative effect and critical degree was gained. The greater the was, the more the critical patients were and the more the critical degree was.Conclusion To improve the medical quality, some suggestions were put forward which included consummating the soft ware, improving the medical management level, developing new technology items, recommending and training talents,ect.更多还原
