【摘要】 目的对医院住院科室医疗质量和工作效率进行综合评价,为医院管理者了解住院科室医疗工作情况,促进医疗质量的提高提供科学依据。方法选取反映住院医疗质量的7项统计指标,建立评价指标体系,用CPD评价法对住院科室进行综合评价。结果综合评价的排序结果住院科室中手术科排序结果好于内科,其中普外科最好,其次为骨科,排序结果最差的为传染科。结论将CPD法评价结果与TOPSIS法评价结果相比较,因评价方法的不同存在着差异,但评价的总体趋势是一致的,说明CPD法是一种能够进行综合评价的有效方法,有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make a comprehensive evaluation of the medical quality and efficiency of the inpatient deparment,and provide a scientific evidence for hospital management to improve the medical quality.Methods We select 7 statistical indexes which can reflect the inpatient medical quality and form an evaluation system,and make a comprehensive evaluation by CPD approach . Results The sequence of the evaluation is as follows: The quality of operative department is better than that of the internal one. In operative department, general surgery department rank first followed by orthopedics department. The last is the infection department. Conclusion Compared the two results evaluated by CPD and TOPSIS seperately, the general trend is same despite of some insignificant differences resulted from different approaches, which came out that CPD is effective and worthy of being introduced in comprehensive evaluation.更多还原
