【摘要】 目的了解本市传染病病人的收治情况,为市级传染病专科医院或传染病科室的建设和传染病的防治提供参考资料。方法利用《广东省医院住院病人疾病分类及年龄、性别构成报表》和《广东省医院住院病人疗效、疗程、费用报表》,用Excel整理、排序,并用SPSS10.0进行统计分析。结果传染病住院病人数有波动,近年逐年下降,与其它住院病人相比,传染病住院病人病死率高,住院时间长,住院费用高。传染病住院病人以男性、0~9岁年龄组为多。病毒性肝炎、结核病仍是危害我市人民健康的主要传染病。结论继续加强传染病的防治,加强儿童免疫接种,提高对病毒性肝炎、结核病的防治能力,提高危重传染病的治疗水平,降低病死率,加强对新的严重传染病,如艾滋病、SARS等的防治研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the the rapeutic condition of infectious disease patients in our city and provide refere nce data for the construction of infectious special hospital or department of in fectious disease, and the prevention of infectious disease. Meth ods The data of inpatients with infectious diseases were sorted a nd ranked with Excel. The statistical analysis was performed with SPSS10.0. Results The number of inpatients with infectious dise ase had fluctuation and its proportion decreased year by year. Contrasted with other inpatients, the mortality rate of inpatients with infectious disease was hi gher, the time of hospitalization was longer and the expense of hospitalization was higher. The incidence of inpatients with infectious disease was mainly seen in male and 0 to 9 years. Virus hepatitis and tuberculosis were the main infecti ous disease that harmed people′s health in our city. Conclusion Some measures should be taken to strengthen the prevention a nd treatment of infectious diseases, reinforce the vaccination of children, impr ove the ability of preventing and treating virus hepatitis and tuberculosis, enh ance the therapeutic level to severe infectious disease, decrease the mortality rate of infectious diseases and give strength to the prevention and study of new severe infectious diseases, such as AIDS and SARS, etc.更多还原
