【摘要】 目的　研究哈尔滨市城市社区人群成年人Ⅱ型糖尿病的主要危险因素。方法在哈尔滨市城市社区人群20岁以上成年人Ⅱ型糖尿病流行病学调查的基础上,采用病例对照研究方法,对研究因素进行单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果年龄、有糖尿病一级家族遗传史、高收缩压、低人均收入、休闲时体力活动程度轻、累积吸烟量大、腹型肥胖是Ⅱ型糖尿病发生的危险因素。结论在社区人群中,倡导健康合理的膳食习惯及科学的生活方式,控制血压、体重是预防Ⅱ型糖尿病发生的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors and provide evidence for prevention and intervention of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods On the basis of the epidemiological survey of type Ⅱ DM in urban community population of Harbin, a case-control study was done. Results Family history of DM, hypertension, low income, less activity, large smoking and obesity were the major risk factors for type Ⅱ DM. Conclusion It was an important measure to prevent type Ⅱ DM in community population to propose healthy life style including proper diet and good life habits, control of weight and high blood pressure.更多还原
