洒浆机工作装置的动力学仿真研究

【摘要】 在对一种新型施工机械——洒浆机进行设计的过程中,采用了虚拟样机技术对洒浆机的机械系统和液压系统进行了仿真研究.运用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了洒浆机工作装置的机械系统模型,然后导入ADAMS中分析其动力学性能;运用虚拟样机软件ADAMS/hydraulic模块对工作装置的液压回路进行了模拟.所得的仿真结果对设计具有指导意义,设计出的物理样机和虚拟样机的性能相近,证明运用虚拟样机技术对洒浆机工作装置所做的研究是成功的.

【Abstract】 In the design of grout-sprinkling machine, virtual prototype technique is used to simulate behavior of its mechanical system and hydraulic system on purpose to shorten design cycle, to perfect product performance and to offer guidance for determination of design parameters. Three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E is used to build a model of mechanical system of working device. Then, the model is transferred into ADMAS to analyze its dynamic performance. Finally, ADAMS/hydraulic is used to simulate the performance of hydraulic system. The obtained simulation results can guide for design. The desiged machine has nearly same performance as its virtual prototype. It is proved that the application of virtual prototype technique to the research of grout-sprinkling machine is successful.
