预应力空心板数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Pre-stressed Concrete Hollow Beam
【摘要】 预应力混凝土空心板在张拉钢筋时端部常出现裂缝,其弹性上拱值和应力分布与设计相差较大.将有限元用于空心板受力分析可取得良好效果,但若不做一定简化,其建模将十分复杂.结合实际工程,介绍了用有限元分析空心板的应力、变形和局部抗裂问题的具体过程和计算结果,其原理可推广应用于一般混凝土箱梁.
【Abstract】 When pulling force was added to reinforcing steel bars, pre-stressed concrete hollow beams usually appear cracks, and the value of elastic deformations or stress distributing were different from those in design. Finite element method (FEM) could be used to analysis hollow beams, but the modeling was very complicate if having no simplified techniques. Based on engineering practice, the computing steps and results of using FEM to analysis the deformations and the stress of hollow beams were introduced in this paper. The method could be applied to analyses common concrete box-beam.
