【摘要】 利用既有铁路网发展城市轨道交通,改造的费用远远低于新建一条轨道交通线,有利于降低建设城市轨道交通的投资;随着城市规模的不断扩大和卫星城镇的发展,铁路枢纽的布局也在不断完善,一些铁路线路已失去了原来的功能,利用既有的国有铁路开行城市轨道交通,有利于铁路固定资产的盘活。从西安铁路枢纽的现状入手,结合西安铁路枢纽的具体特征,分析利用既有的铁路系统发展城市轨道交通的方案,并从运营管理、行车组织和经济等角度分析该方案的可行性,并提出了该利用方案存在的问题和不足之处及解决这些问题的相应办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the current railroads in the railway hinge, the expenses of reforming the current railroads is far blow that of constructing new Urban Rail Transit. With the city extending continuously and the city’s satellite towns developing, the layout of the current railway hinge is improving, some railroads would loss their original function, and the equipments would be put aside, therefore, making use of the current railroads develop urban rail transit is a good way for the railway companies. Based on the planning of the railway hinge of Xi’ an city, this paper analyses the current railway hinge of Xi’ an, and the project of making use of the current railroads develop urban rail transit , and furthermore analyses the possibility from many aspects, such as the trains organization, economy, etc. This paper also puts forward suggestion in solving the problems which exist in the project of developing urban railway system.更多还原
