电池测试仪数据信息的图形化处理

【摘要】 针对原有两级结构电池测试仪液晶屏面积小不能完整显示、测试数据不能保存及工作效率低下的缺点,提出了采用上位机、中位机和下位机3级结构的新型电池测试仪。用户通过运行Windows操作系统的上位机来控制多个测试柜的测试操作,并能将获得的测试结果以固定格式的数据文件存放。测试结束后用户可以在上位机上对测试结果以二维曲线的形式图形化,还可以对图形化的测试结果进行缩放、局部区域选择查看、局部放大、还原等操作,这些扩展功能使得测试过程简单高效。

【Abstract】 The old battery test equipment in 2-level structure cannot completely display the test data for the small size of LCD. The test data cannot be stored, and the efficiency is very low. To solve these problems, a new battery test equipment is put forward and its 3-level structure is called the front processor, the middle processor and the backstage processor. The user can control the test operation for several cupboards by running the front processor in Windows operation system, and the test results can be stored with the data file of the regular form. The test results can also be figured in the form of two-dimensional curve on the Front processor. The user can also reduce or enlarge the figured test results, look over or enlarge some chosen areas, and recover the results. These expanded functions make the test course simple and highly efficient.
