基于GIS的道路交通安全管理与评价系统的设计及实现
Design and Implementation of GIS-Based Road Traffic Safety Management and Asses sment System
【摘要】 从当前道路交通管理部门的实际需求出发 ,确定了基于 GIS的道路交通安全管理与评价系统的目标和功能划分 ,提出了系统设计方案和实现方法。系统采用集成二次开发的方法 ,以Visual C++为开发平台 ,通过 OLE技术调用 GIS工具软件 Map Info来实现。并以某城市道路交通安全分析为对象建立了道路交通安全管理与评价系统 ,实现了事故空间分布显示、事故因素分析和交通安全等级评价等功能。
【Abstract】 GIS-based road traffic safety management and assessment system is a visualized and convenient tool that provides decision-making support for road traffic saf ety management including black spots analysis, traffic safety assessment and pre vention of traffic accident. This paper defines the system objective and gives t he functional partition based on the current demand of the road traffic manageme nt, and then puts forward the system design and implementation methods. The system i s developed by integrated mapping, which uses programming tool Visual C++ and in tegrates MapInfo by OLE Automation. A road traffic safety management and assessm ent system is set up for traffic safety analysis of a certain city, which realiz es functions such as display of traffic accidents spatial distribution, factor a nalysis of traffic accidents, traffic safety assessment, etc.
