高职毕业生就业意向的调查研究
Survey of Career Intention of Students Graduating from Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 采用社会调查方法中的问卷调查法,在高职毕业生中进行就业意向的实证研究,目的是了解工作对象,提出工作设想,寻找提高就业指导的实际效果的思路与途径。
【Abstract】 This paper uses a questionnaire approach to investigate the career intention of the students graduating from higher vocational colleges and universities.The purpose is to understand the work object,put forward plans,and find out effective ideas and methods to improve career guidance.
