【Abstract】 At present, the land use and development of the industrial area of most cities of our country is on the beginning, and also the public transport. By an example of Changzhou high-tech industrial development area, this text analyses the necessity of developing public transport,and also duscusses its public transit planning, development policies, running and management in this article.
