【Abstract】 This article addresses the problem of partnership with supplier standing on the angle of purchaser, and gives out a 2D analytical model on the base of ABC method. The 2D model depends on the influence of value proportion and the risk of purchasing. Through the model, different types of cooperation with supplier are constructed, and detailed solution of cooperation types are given out, which makes company construct a stable net of purchasing and makes company keep its advantage and development.更多还原
