浅谈监理工程师在项目施工阶段的投资控制
The Control of Investment by Supervisors in Project Execution Phase
【摘要】 为了有效的进行施工阶段的投资控制,监理工程师应从工程施工阶段开始一直到竣工决算,全过程地进行投资控制。
【Abstract】 In order to control the investment during the construction phase,supervisors should control the investment in the whole process beginning from the engineering construction to the final accounts of engineering completion.
