【摘要】 随着工业的发展,有害物品的生产量和运输量每年均在不断的增长,由于有害物品本身的特性,其运输成本除了承运人所支付的以外,还包括随着有害物品运输活动的进行所产生的诸如交通事故、环境污染等外部成本。通过对有害物品所产生的外部成本进行的分析和细化,使货物运输外部成本的计算分析更趋完善,为政府对有害物品运输的定价决策和托运人的运输决策提供了一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the consequence of industrial development,the quantities of hazardous materials in production and transportation are yearly increasing. Because of the character of hazardous material,except the cost of transportation by the transporter,the cost should also include the external costs,such as the incident transportation,environment pollution and so on. In this paper,the external cost model in highway has been developed which make the calculation of external costs on transportation be more perfect and can be used as the basis for decision in pricing decision for hazardous materials transportation.更多还原
