利用C_p值评价高速线材生产过程的稳定性
Evaluation of Production Process Stability of High Speed Wire Rod by C_p Value
【摘要】 安钢高线轧机在轧制公称直径为6.5,8.0,12.0 mm线材过程中,对线材直径进行监控测量,利用过程能力指数进行分析,评价生产过程的稳定性及质量管理水平,结果表明高线机组的过程保证能力满足质量要求,但也发现过程能力指数Cp的偏差值随直径的增大而增大。
【Abstract】 To monitor and measure the wire rod diameters during rolling 6.5,8.0 and 12.0mm nominal diameters with Angang high speed wire rod mill.By means of process capability index(C_p),to analyze and evaluate the production process stability and quality managing level,the result shows that the process guarantee capability of the high speed wire rod rolling mill unit satisfies the quality requirements,but the windage of C_p value grows with diameter getting bigger.
