亚共析钢形变强化曲线模拟
Simulation of Deformation Strengthening Curve of Hypoeutectoid Steel
【摘要】 用试验的方法得到45钢的拉拔强化曲线,基于混合物法则模拟亚共析钢的拉拔形变强化行为,考虑应变分配问题的模拟计算能较好预测材料的强化趋势,与试验结果基本相符,可为亚共析钢钢丝绳生产提供强度设计依据。由于没有考虑大变形条件下渗碳体的溶解和强化铁素体塑性变形损伤的影响,模拟强化曲线和试验数据尚有稍许出入,但已能基本反映强化规律。
【Abstract】 The drawing strengthening curve of 45 steel is obtained by experiments. Basing on compound principle to simulate the drawing deformation strengthening behavior of hypoeutectoid steel, the simulation calculation in which the strain distribution is thought can estimate strengthening trend of materials well, which conforms to test results basically and can provide strength design basis for wire ropes production of hypoeutectoid steel. The simulation strengthening curve has still less difference with test data owing to without thinking the effects of cementite dissolving and strengthened ferrite plastically deforming damage on the condition of large deformation, but it has been able to reflect strengthening rule basically.
