高强度304H不锈钢丝的研制
Development of High Strength 304H Stainless Steel Wire
【摘要】 研究304H奥氏体不锈钢经过一定量拉拔、时效处理后的抗拉强度。通过试验数据得出冷拉加工的半成品钢丝强度在1640MPa时,通过适当的时效处理可获得所要求的强度,无需进行过度的冷拉加工;进行镜架配件生产时,所采用的最佳时效工艺为450℃保温3h或480℃保温1h,前者可减少配件表面的氧化,后者可有效提高生产效率。
【Abstract】 To research tensile strength of 304H austenite stainless steel wire after being drawn and aged. The experimental data show that the strength of semi finished products can get terminal strength when it is suitable aged treatment at 1 640 MPa, which needn’t over cold draw. The optimum aging process is keeping temperature 3 hour at 450 ℃ or keeping 1 hour at 480 ℃ as producing glasses frame component, the former can reduce the oxidation of component surface, the latter can raise the production efficiency effectively.
