基于ADAMS的夹钳动力学仿真分析
Dynamic simulation analysis of clamp based on ADMAS
【摘要】 ADAMS软件在机械系统动力学仿真分析方面应用越来越广泛,文章在简要介绍ADAMS的基础上,阐述了自动闭合式夹钳的工作原理,详细介绍了夹钳的零件设计和虚拟装配设计,论述了ADAMS与一般三维造型软件之间的数据转换,最后应用ADAMS软件对夹钳进行动力学分析,并分析了计算结果。为以后进行夹钳优化设计提供了帮助。
【Abstract】 Application of ADAMS software in mechanical system’s dynamic simulation analysis is more and more abroad,based on the brief introduction of ADAMS,expatiated the working theory of automatism closed clamp,particular recommended the part design and virtual assembly design of clamp,discussed the data conversion between ADAMS and sculpt software,at last carrying through dynamic simulation analysis of clamp by ADAMS,and analyzing the calculation result.Offering helps on clamp ’s optimizing design in future.
