三相方波无刷直流电动机PWM的电路设计与实现
A PWM circuit design for three-phase square-wave voltage BDCM and its application
【摘要】 分析了永磁无刷直流电动机驱动装置的基本结构和主要特征,详细介绍了一种模拟控制的集成电路,实现了高效三相方波电机脉宽调制(PWM)控制,可灵活调整PWM死区时间,安全可靠。采用智能功率模块(IPM)放大PWM波驱动伺服电机,进一步提供了系统的集成度。实验结果表明,该控制系统性能良好。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the basic structure and main character of Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor(BDCM)is analyzed,and an analog integrate circuit to control the motor is introduced in detail.A high efficiency three-phase square-wave voltage Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is gained,and the dead time of PWM can be set conveniently,which makes the system safely and reliable.Intelligent Power Module (IPM) amplifies the PWM wave to drive the motor,which improves the integrated level of the system further.The experiment result confirms the high performance of the control system.
