电动机用复合材料连杆机构系统的模糊优化设计
Fuzzy optimum design of a motor-mechanism system with links fabricated from three-dimensional braided composite materials
【摘要】 以电动机-复合材料连杆机构系统为研究对象,根据三维编织复合材料的细观结构及特点,运用模糊优化理论,在考虑电动机对复合材料连杆机构动态特性影响的基础上,建立了以复合材料构件的比阻尼容量为目标函数、以复合材料的纤维结构参数及构件截面的几何尺寸为设计变量、具有模糊约束的优化设计数学模型,给出了求解此模型的方法,并通过实例仿真进行了验证。
【Abstract】 A motor-linkage mechanism system with links fabricated from three-dimensional braided composite materials is taken as the object of study.By the theory of fuzzy optimum,the mathematical model is established by means of the damping of a link as objective function,the parameters of the fibrous structure of the composite materials and the geometric dimensional of the cross section of the composite structure as design variables.According to the 3-dimentional microstructure characters of three-dimensional braided composite materials and the effects of the motor on the dynamic responses of the system,the optimum design of the system is done on the basis of the mathematical model.The method of the fuzzy optimum is verified by analyzing an example.
