电流变阻尼器支承的转子系统不平稳振动测试
Unstable vibration measurements of rotor system supported with electro-rheological fluid dampers
【摘要】 对采用一种剪切型电流变阻尼器作为支承的刚性转子系统进行振动测试,对比分析了电流变阻尼器外加电场电压不同时转子振动的特点。在适当的电压条件下可使转子振动明显减低。研究了转子振动控制过程中由于电场电压切换所造成的转子不平稳振动的时频变化规律。在稳定运行过程中,由于电压突变使转子振动产生波动.而转速均匀升降会对这种不平稳振动起到一定的镇定作用。
【Abstract】 The vibration measurements are achieved for a rigid rotor syst em supported with shearing Electro- Rheological Fluid (ERF) dampers, and compared with different electric voltages applied on the two ERF dampers. The vibration response amplitudes decreased obviously when with adjustable voltages. The time - frequency analyses on them are focused on the unstable rotor vibration due to sharp changes of applied voltages in the controlling process through ERF damper s. The rotor will appear fluctuating in case of damping voltages change suddenly even with a constant rotating speed. Besides, the rotor vibration can be suppre ssed due to rotor’s speeding up or down.
