建立切削参数库提高数控自动编程系统的智能性

【摘要】 对车削参数进行深入分析,通过Access建立车削参数数据库。利用VisualC++语言开发应用程序,通过ODBC接口访问数据库,可以方便地对车削参数数据库进行浏览、修改、查询,实现了基于数控车自动编程系统的切削参数的自动提取,有效改善了自动编程系统的智能性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the NC cutting parameters have been thoroughly analyzed and the databases of Access have been established to storage cutting parameters. Exploiting application by using Visual C+ + language and accessing to the databases through ODBC, consequently we can not only expediently look-through 、 modify and query the cutting parameters, but also can put new cutting parameters into database and delete old ones from it. At the same time, we accomplish the access of cutting parameters from the databases and consequently improve the intelligent of NC automatically programmed system.
