鼠笼式搅拌磨机粉碎力的研究及应用
Research and application on the force of wet comminution
【摘要】 鼠笼式搅拌磨机是基于湿法粉碎机理,将输入功率直接高速推动研磨介质运动来实现磨细物料的一种超细粉碎设备。通过分析磨机中研磨介质的冲击和研磨作用,确定影响粉碎力的主要因素,以及与能量利用的关系。并利用某型号鼠笼式搅拌磨机进行磨矿实验,实验结果证明理论分析的正确性。这里的研究结论对如何提高搅拌磨机的粉碎效果提供一定的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Wet comminution means that the grinding beads and panicles move in the grinding cylinder following with water. Based on the theory of wet comminution, the stirred media mill applies power directly to push the grinding beads moving in order to obtain ultrafine product. According to the analysis on the collision and rub effect of grinding beads, the main factors of affecting the force of comminution are obtained and the relation between the force and power utilization are determined. Experiments are carried out in the stirred media mill with a rat cage, and the results of experiment and analysis are consistent. The analysis results in this paper provide theoretical base to improve the effect of comminution.
