等离子弧淬火条纹宽度对摩擦磨损性能的影响
Influence of friction wear of plasma arc hardening pitch of scan
【摘要】 通过研究等离子弧淬火条纹宽度对表面摩擦磨损的影响,从摩擦学角度寻求等离子弧淬火的最佳范围,为今后淬火参数控制提供理论依据。研究表明,等离子弧淬火使被扫描表面产生了5μm左右的波度,促使相互运动表面产生油楔作用,促使边界润滑向混合润滑状态转变,摩擦系数降低,耐磨性提高;淬火条纹的宽度为2.5mm时,其减摩性与耐磨性最佳。
【Abstract】 In this paper, by studying the influence offrictional wear of plasma arc hardening, the optimum range of plasma arc hardening from tribology is studied, and theory base of hardening parameter for future is provided. The result indicates that it can produce about 5um ripple on the scanned surface by plasma arc hardening, the surface of mutual movement will come into being oil wedge action, and boundary lubrication will become mixing lubrication status. So friction coefficient can be decreased and wear resistance can be increased. When the width of quenching is 2.7 um, wear - resisting property and antifriction property will be the best.
