波形腹板梁结构研究及其有限元分析
Research of corrugated -web structure and its finite element analysis
【摘要】 这里提出了桥式起重机的箱型主梁的新型波形腹板结构的设想,并在充分比较和论证的基础上提出了以正弦曲线波形作为腹板的波形。利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对新型腹板和原来的平直腹板进行了综合比较分析,等效应力比原来腹板减少50%左右,说明波形腹板梁的受力情况更好。
【Abstract】 Presents a hypothesis of new corrugated- web structure of bridge crane. Through enough compare and argumentation, using sinusoid as corrugated sheet of web is presented. The author use large -scale finite element software ANSYS as analyzing tool, use finite element method to comprehensively analyze the old - slabbing - web main girder and the new - corrugated - web main girder. Through the analyzing, it is found that the equivalent stress of new web reduces more 50% comparing with old web. And running load circumstance of corrugated web is more good.
