大型回转零件有限元热与瞬态动力学耦合分析
Finite element thermal and transient dynamics coupling analysis of the large rotating part
【摘要】 以一种屏压机的关键部件大盘为研究对象。其结构在高速、高温工作情况下能否满足性能要求将直接影响产品的质量。为了预测大盘的工作性能,我们首先建立了大盘转台的实体建模,然后采用有限元方法进行热与瞬态动力学耦合分析,从而获得大盘转台的动态特性参数.这些分析不仅为优化设计提供必要的参考数据,而且为进一步提高产品设计水平打下坚实的基础。
【Abstract】 The papers research is based on rotational workbench of a kind o f the Screen-press machine tool, which is an essential part of the machine too l. Under the situation of high speed and high temperature, whether its structure could meet the demand of performance requirements will influence the quality of the product directly. In order to predict the performances of the rotational wo rkbench during the course of design, firstly, solid model of the driving parts a re created. And then, using the FEA method does the thermal and the transient dy namics coupling analysis of the part. Thus various kinds of characteristic param eters of the parts are obtained. The analysis not only offer essential reference data for optimization design, but also give essential references to the further design and production.
