经典恒温加速试验法确定芍甘滴丸的有效期
Determination of effective time of Shaoyao Gancao Drop Pill by classical constant temperature acceleration experiment
【摘要】 目的:探讨芍甘滴丸中主要成分芍药苷的稳定性,预测其有效期。方法:采用经典恒温加速试验法,确定芍药苷的降解为典型的一级反应,根据Arrhen ius指数定律,求出室温(25℃)时的反应速度常数K25,计算有效期。结果:该制剂中芍药苷在25℃下分解常数K25=7.8223×10-6,有效期t0.9=1.54 a。结论:本方法的建立对快速确定药品的保质期,缩短新药开发周期具有实际意义。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the stability of paeoniflorin,the main ingredient of Shaoyao(peony)Gancao(glycytrhiza) Drop Pill,and to forecast the effective period of the preparation.Methods: The stability was studied by the classical constant temperature acceleration experiment and the paeoniflorin was extracted typically.The reacting speed K25 at 25℃ was calculated according to Arrhinius index law and the effective period of the preparation was calculated.Results: The K25 of paeoniflorin=7.8223×10-6,the effective time was t0.9=1.54a.Conclusion: The establishment of the classical constant temperature acceleration experiment is practical for quick determination of the effective time and shortening the developing time of new drugs.
