【Abstract】 This paper explains fundamental ideas of computer simulation using Swarm in an artificial world according to a certain example named Heatbugs, and discusses the main concept and system architecture of Swarm. After that, Object-Oriented Programming used in Swarm program design is briefly introduced by using Java language.
