基于机器视觉的齿轮测量虚拟仪器
Gear Measurement Virtual Instrument Based on Machine Vision
【摘要】 用机器视觉技术构建齿轮测量的虚拟仪器,能够充分利用计算机在数据库和网络等方面的巨大优势,对齿轮进行快速、准确的在线测量。在LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台上开发的齿轮测量系统,使用IMAQVision的图像分析、图像处理和几何量测量等各种函数进行齿轮测量;使用SignalProcessingToolset的二维小波变换功能提高齿轮测量的质量和整个测试系统的效率。
【Abstract】 Gear measurement virtual instrument based on machine vision that takes full advantage of computer in terms of database and network can realize quick and accurate on-line measurement. The measurement system is developed on LabVIEW which is a popular virtual instrument platform using all kinds of IMAQ Vision functions such as image analyze, image proces ̄sing, geometry quantity measurement, etc.to measure gear, and using two-dimensional wavelet transform of Signal Processing Toolset to improve the quality of gear measurement and the efficiency of the whole measurement system.
