【Abstract】 Put forward a secure access control model for the Client in which the Client works oppositely to the Server in an opening system based on the theoretics of Public Key Infrastructure(PKI), Privilege Management Infrastructure(PMI) and Attribute Certificate(AC) which is provided in X.509.
