【摘要】 目的了解普陀区社区精神卫生管理现状,精神疾病预防治疗管理工作机构(各级精神疾病防治管理领导小组)和治疗康复机构、患者治疗康复措施落实情况、地区和企事业单位防治网络现状,新病人的发病趋势。结果记录在册的病人经常处于发病状(604±16)人;好转和稳定的(4937±66)人;未复发和痊愈的(134±8)人,3年中占在册总数11.93%的病人分别被收治在各级各类精神专科治疗或康复机构。结论首先社区管理网络需加强,其次要加大精神卫生知识的宣传和普及力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore community mental health management, mental health treatment and rehabilitation management, the prevention network in the region, and the outbreak trend of the new patients in Putuo District. Results:604 recorded patients are often of illness, 4937 are stable, and 134 are recovered. Nearly 11.93% recorded patients are accepted to cure by various treatment and rehabilitation organization of mental health. Conclusion: It is necessary to enforce community mental health management and increase the popularity of mental health knowledge.更多还原
