香精香料数据库系统的建立与应用研究

【摘要】研究建立了一种食用香精香料的Microsoft Access数据库,以VBA与SQL语言编写查询、维护、报表和管理数据库系统, 收集了3000多种食用香精香料原料、1000多个配方、1000多个原料供应信息和较为全面的调香工艺所需知识,并实现了该香精香料数据库在配方和工艺上的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this investigation, a database for flavor and fragrance is established on Microsoft Access 2 000 in Visual Basic for Application and Structure Query Language, having collected data on more than 3 000 materials of fragrances, more than 1 000 formulae of flavor blends, more than 1 000 suppliers and almost all of information about flavor and fragrance skills. And the blend formula could be created on it directly also.更多还原
