【摘要】 目的建立评价中药指纹图谱一致性的准则并开发相应程序。方法采用相关系数及向量模差(或距离系数)考核中药指纹图谱的一致性,在Visual Basic平台上开发进行中药指纹图谱评价的通用程序。结果对若干中药材和提取物的不同类型指纹图谱的分析结果证实了所提出的准则的合理性与可行性。结论所研发的评价程序可实现对红外、紫外、近红外及色谱指纹图谱的定量评价分析,分析结果及程序可进一步用于中药样品、提取物的质量评价、控制和模式识别。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is necessary to establish criterion and develop application program for evaluating consistency of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) fingerprints in order to control or evaluate quality of TCM by means of the prints. However, almost a great lot of work in this field is major in evaluating similarity of the prints. In this paper, correlative coefficient and module difference of vector are suggested to see about consistency of TCM fingerprints and a universal program is developed on Visual Basic platform. Practical examples of applying the criterion proposed and program developed indicates that the criterion is reasonable and feasible. The program can be used to analyze IR, UV, NIR and chromatogram fingerprints. Furthermore, the program and analyzed results are useful for evaluating and controlling quality of TCM and their pattern recognition.更多还原
