渣金间外加电场无污染脱氧方法的研究
STUDY OF UNPOLLUTED DEOXIDIZATION METHOD WITH APPLIED VOLTAGE BETWEEN METAL AND SLAG
【摘要】 通过在铜液与Na3AlF6-Al2O3渣系间施加稳定的直流电场,进行了铜液的无污染脱氧研究.实验结果表明,外加直流电场法可快速、有效地将铜液中的溶解氧脱除到10×10-6。左右.描述电场作用下氧离子在渣金间传递的模型计算与实验结果十分吻合.根据实验结果,对外加电场脱氧的反应机理进行了讨论和分析.该方法避免了氧化物夹杂对金属液的污染以及固体电解质脱氧方法的高成本和二次氧化等问题.
【Abstract】 Unpolluted deoxidization technique has been studied with applied stable DC voltage between Na3AlF6-Al2O3 slag and Cu melt. The experimental result shows that the oxygen concentration in Cu melt can be decreased to 10×10-6 rapidly and effectively with this method. The comparison of experimental data with model calculation representing oxygen ion immigration between slag and metal melt under applied voltage has proved that the model is right. Based on the experimental result, the electrochemistry of oxygen ion transport in slag has been discussed. The technique can avoid oxide inclusion to contaminate metal melts, high cost and secondary oxidation of solid oxide electrolyte deoxidation methods.
