旋流器用于油品脱水的研究
Investigation into the De-Watering of Oil with Hydrocyclones
【摘要】 在专门制作的试验装置上,通过对含水油的脱水试验,探讨操作参数、物性参数对油脱水型旋流器分离性能的影响规律。实验中引入临界底流分率Rf,c及Rf,c/φi的概念,在Rf,c下,旋流器分离性能最佳。在油脱水型旋流器中,Rf,c起着操作指导或控制参数的作用。
【Abstract】 A test rig has been specially built up to meet the requirements for control and measurement.The effects of operational and feed parameters on the separation performance of dewatering hydrocyclones have been investigated with tests.A critical split ratio (Rf,c) is defined as the maximum overall efficiency.The ratio Rf,c/φi is suggested as an indicator of hydrocyclone effectiveness and a useful control parameter.
