【Abstract】 The VPLS (Virtual Private LAN Service) is a new type of VPN, which can provide users, who are not in the same location but belong to the same VPN, an environment of LAN service. This makes it more easy for a company to build its private network.The thesis analyses the differences between VPLS and traditional Layer 3 MPLS VPN.
