【摘要】 实时的城市交通智能监控对于交通信息收集、规范化交通管理及城市规划等方面具有重要的意义。目前国内外道路监控系统中主要采用两种工作方式,即地感线圈方式和视频检测方式。本文以车辆闯红灯为例,结合这两种方式的特点提出了一种模拟地感线圈工作方式的视频检测算法,自动排除许多人为和自然因素的影响,确保了车辆检测的准确性,为有效的抓拍闯红灯的违章车辆及避免误拍提供了可靠保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Monitoring the state of road traffic has been significant for us to collect traffic information,standardize the management of traffic,city layout and so on.Currently in our country and abroad,the most of road monitoring systems are mainly based on two working modes: induction coil and video detection.This paper takes example for detecting red light runners and puts forward a vedio detecting algorithm simulating induction coil by combining these two modes. The influence of many man-made and natural factors is automatically eliminated,so veracity of vehicle detecting is insured and credible guarantee is supported for validly cameraing red light runners and avoiding errors.更多还原
