4级灰度STNLCD驱动控制芯片的设计
Design of A Driver&Controller for 4 Gray Scale STN LCD
【摘要】 提出了一种 4级灰度的STNLCD驱动控制芯片的总体设计方案 ,重点讨论了关键模块———接口电路、SRAM模块、显示控制电路以及电源电路的设计。在实现多种显示功能的前提下 ,采用省电模式、门控时钟和重定时方法进行了低功耗优化设计。基于SMIC 0 .35umCMOS高压模型对驱动控制芯片的功能进行了仿真验证
【Abstract】 A design project of STN LCD driver and controller with 4-gray scale is presented in this paper. The key modules including interface circuit, SRAM module, display control circuit and power supply circuit are discussed in detail. In the conditions of implementing many display functions, we adopt power save mode, gating clock and retiming method to reduce power consumption. SMIC 0.35um CMOS High Voltage model is used to verify the function of this driver and controller.
