基于STNLCD驱动控制芯片的MPU接口电路的设计
Design of A MPU Interface Circuit in STN LCD Driver
【摘要】 设计一种应用于STNLCD驱动芯片中的可支持多种类型MPU的接口电路 ,该电路在整个芯片中用于为内部电路提供数据 ,为电路的正常工作提供所需时序 ,并在同类设计中率先支持I2 C总线协议。简单介绍了MPU接口电路的设计要求 ,重点描述了MPU接口电路中各个模块的设计。采用Verilog对所设计的接口电路功能进行了仿真验证 ,并且整个芯片用SMIC 0 .2 5 μm工艺得到了实现
【Abstract】 A multi-MPU supporting MPU interface circuit which is applied mainly in STN LCD Driver is designed in the paper. The circuit supplies data and timing control for the whole chip, and it firstly supports I2C bus protocol in the congeneric design. The requirement of the circuit is briefly introduced, and the analysis and design of each block in the circuit are described in detail. The Verilog Hardware Description Language (VHDL ) is used to verify the function of this circuit. The whole chip is implemented in SMIC’s 0.25 μm technology.
